You may contact marsha@weemonogram.net for ordering or with problems or questions about your order.

Orders should be shipped within 2 weeks unless the product is out of stock. In that case we will notify you and you may choose at that time to let us backorder for you.

Also, items that are personalized cannot be returned. Correct spelling is essential when you are placing your order. We cannot be responsible when there is a mistake, so please be very careful especially when it is a gift for someone else that you have the correct name or initials.  We do not issue refunds on orders submitted with incorrect information.

Upon receipt of your order, please check for accuracy. If we make a mistake, we will gladly correct any monogramming errors. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please let us know of any problems as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy
On personalized items, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Our shipping prices (shown with our products) apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Please contact us for rates outside this area. Also, these prices are for 1 item - multiple items will add to the shipping costs.

We ship USPS 1st class, but if you need your order sooner, priority mail may be used. Fees for this are usually $4.95, but will be quoted with your order confirmation.
